Senior Home Care - ElderCare Solutions - What we do
The challenge of independent living is that we need help with a wide variety of activities as we age. ElderCare Solutions gives seniors a single source of coordinated assisted living. We are more than a staffing agency. New clients receive an assessment at no charge by a licensed, experienced social worker who monitors ongoing care.
Homemaker/companions help with household duties such as cleaning, preparing meals, laundry and linens, shopping and errands, and accompanying clients to appointments.
Caregivers/Personal care aides help with bathing and dressing, grooming, bathroom assistance, and incontinent care.
Health and wellness: ElderCare Solutions can provide home health care by arranging wellness visits by a licensed nurse to supervise medications, evaluate symptoms, and teach clients to better manage their own health. We can arrange physician house calls or coordinate our senior care with the client’s own doctors.
Linkage to other resources: ElderCare Solutions can connect clients with community resources at no charge to arrange services such as home-delivered meals, home repairs and modifications, yard services, etc.
Staff qualifications: ElderCare Solutions is managed by professionals who have extensive experience in social work and home care. Our caregivers are bonded and insured, and have undergone background checks. We provide ongoing training to enhance the skills of our team members.
